2017 may only be a handful of days old, but here at CLEVER, we are wasting no time and making moves—determined to make the new year OUR year. Starting the year off on a powerful and exciting note, we are so very proud to announce the promotion of Arlene Schusteff as CLEVER’s Chief Sales Officer.

In her new role, Arlene will lead the cultivation of new business and growth of existing accounts by planning, negotiating, and influencing the relationships between customers and internal team members. She will also be responsible for working with internal partners, such as technology, marketing, operations, and client services, to improve service levels.

“Arlene has impressive entrepreneurial drive and a proven background in rapid business development. We have seen her grow and cultivate a sales force, including recruiting, hiring, and training new salespeople,” said Cat Lincoln, CEO. “She truly is a CLEVER leader and we could not be more happy to see her thrive.”

In her previous role at CLEVER, Arlene was Senior Vice President of Sales, where she oversaw sales to provide leadership and sales strategy. She acquired her extensive background in digital marketing and custom content solutions through her prior work experiences. Most recently, Arlene was VP of Sales and Marketing at Key Ring, a mobile shopping solutions app, where she developed custom advertising and marketing solutions. Prior to Key Ring, Arlene spent nine years at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as VP of Integrated Sales for the Midwest region where she developed custom, integrated advertising solutions for MSLO’s media platforms.
