As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CLEVER, you'll work with the sales and implementation team to find the right influencers, negotiate contracts, and ensure diversity in our influencer pool. You'll also keep our talent rosters current and stay informed about industry rates. 


You have a strong understanding of the influencer industry, including who influencers are and what they do. You can recognize trends and opportunities for our clients and influencers. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships, and can work effectively in a remote team environment. You are proactive, manage your time well, and know when to seek advice.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, But Are Not Limited To)

  • Identify the influencers who align with the brand's values, voice, and audience demographics. This includes analyzing influencers' engagement, followers, content quality, track record, etc.
  • Create and send outreach to influencers, sharing details about the brand and opportunity
  • Negotiate contracts, payments, and deliverables with influencers to ensure that both parties benefit from the collaboration.
  • Keep agent and talent rosters up-to-date and work with agents for talent as needed both pre-and post program.
  • Stay up-to-date on current industry rates for influencer compensation across different social media platforms and niches to ensure that our offers are competitive and reasonable.



  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong relationship-building experience
  • Experience working with influencers, brands, and talent agencies

  • Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and decision-maker.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills: The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. This includes attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants/audiences (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Prowess in all Google apps.
  • Consistent and reliable access to the internet; Ability to be successful and maintain motivation in a remote work environment.


  • This is a contract position, 30–35 hours per week. Hourly rate is $35.
